Very limited access
Existing roofing had to be removed from both the steep and low slope roof sections
Owner wanted to maintain the same color as the tile on the steep section

Solution:

Removed roofing using carts and equipment that were less invasive
Replaced tile on steep sections using CertainTeed lifetime Presidential Tri-Laminate
Installed 60 mil heat-welded TPO single-ply roof system by Carlisle on low slope roofs

Success:

Completed the entire project in about three months with zero resident complaints
Not one service call received post-project
