- Installed water based fluid applied "Cool Roof" system to damaged areas
- Coordinated with factory schedules to re-roof in sections
- Vacuumed off existing gravel
- Created smooth surface over previous uneven one

- Created a walkable, seamless, water-tight roofing surface
- Walkable surface allows for better access to rooftop equipment
